At Mystic Saffron, we take pride in offering the highest quality saffron to our customers. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a clear and fair returns and refunds process. Please review our policy carefully to understand how returns and refunds work and how to initiate a return.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Due to the nature of our product (saffron), we only accept returns under the following conditions:
Damaged or Defective Products: If your product arrives damaged or defective, you are eligible for a return or exchange.
Incorrect Orders: If you receive the wrong product or quantity, we will rectify the issue by offering a replacement or refund.
Unsatisfactory Quality: If you believe the product does not meet the advertised quality standards, please contact us for assistance.
We do not accept returns for opened or used saffron products unless there is a legitimate quality issue. All requests for returns must meet the criteria outlined below.
2. Timeframe for Returns
To be eligible for a return, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. After 7 days, we cannot offer a refund or replacement.
3. Conditions for Returns
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
The product must be unused and in its original packaging (unless it was received damaged or defective).
The product must include all original accessories and documentation, if applicable.
The return request must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.
4. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Contact Us: Email us at info@mysticsaffron.com within 7 days of receiving your order, including the following details:
Your name
Order number
Reason for return (damaged, defective, incorrect product, etc.)
Photos of the damaged or defective product, if applicable
Approval: Once we receive your email, we will review your request and respond within 2 business days. If your return is approved, we will provide you with further instructions on how to return the product.
Shipping the Return: After receiving return instructions, you must ship the product back to us at:

You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the product was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Return Shipping Costs:
For Damaged or Incorrect Products: If the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., damaged, defective, or incorrect product), we will cover the return shipping costs.
For Other Returns: If you are returning the product for other reasons (e.g., unsatisfactory quality), you are responsible for the shipping costs.
Tracking: We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without a tracking number.
5. Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days.

Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase.
Processing Time: Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund to your account.
6. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refunds:
Any product that has been used or opened, unless it is damaged or defective.
Products returned after the 7-day return window has passed.
Shipping costs for returned items (unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as receiving a damaged, defective, or incorrect product).
7. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, please email us at info@mysticsaffron.com within 7 days of receiving the product, and we will guide you through the exchange process.
